Application
DataCan’s Shock Absorber helps minimize the impact of a tool moving downhole in a wellbore by dampening/absorbing the kinetic energy produced by the vibrations and shock loads of the tool. DataCan’s Shock Absorber is often used in a tool string below DataCan’s Quick Shut-In Tool, which has a number of moving parts, and above a DataCan memory gauge or gauge bomb well carrier.
